Fantastic Shipping Support

I purchased The Pale Elf and Daughter of Darkness for a friend. They loved it! What I wanted to talk about was how fantastic the support was when I ran into shipping issues. Talking back and forth with the USPS for weeks, even opening an official investigation, didn't pan out. The Ashborne team stepped up where USPS failed. They were very understanding and the issue was resolved within two days of reaching out to them. I can't express how please I was talking with the Ashborne team. Thank you!
