I ordered two candles (both of which I’ve ordered before) over 10 days ago and got this email to leave a review for my “fulfilled order”. I never received the candles, nor did they ever ship. I’ve reached out to Ashborne now 3x and have yet to receive any sort of update. I’d never had issues with them before but this is insane.
The candle itself smells wonderful and the design on the label is gorgeous, however, the label on the candle doesn't stay stuck on and continues to peel off where it's almost entirely off the candle now. I've tried reaching out several times to the company over the past several weeks (emailed the 2 different emails on the website and reached out via Instagram), but haven't had anyone respond. So, customer support not great.
This candle is exactly how I expect Rhys to smell! Will be buying again and again
